Mia Oldroyd

ADHD Coach,
Life Transformation Coach &
Personal Trainer

Hello! I’m Mia.

I specialise in transformational life coaching for adults with ADHD, diagnosed or not, who, put simply - want their life back.

I am a qualified ADHD Coach, ICP&M Transformation Coach and Personal Trainer, as well as having lived experience and a deep personal understanding of having a brain that, sometimes, feels like it’s made of cheese (not the good type)

I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, mental intrusions, overwhelm, impulsivity, addictive behaviour, addictions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, emotional eating, finding meaning, procrastination, time-keeping, organisation, sleep, the morning dread, the 3am internal zoomies, the-keep-losing-my-f*cking-keys, the-5-hour-internal-war-after-awkward-social-interaction, you name it -

There is nothing you can’t bring to coaching.

My coaching takes on a holistic practice, bringing my personal and professional expertise and passions together - the whole lot. Physical, mental and emotional; because they are all inter-related, and all need to be tended to for the whole to work.

I am a firm believer, and practitioner, devotee, of not doing things you hate

And coaching with me will give you all the power, choice and freedom to live truthfully for you - and the choice is always yours.

Coaching isn’t about getting rid of yourself. It is about learning how to work with yourself, all the messy and unforgiving parts, too.

And for the record, I am also a Personal Trainer that has never made anyone do a burpee. If that helps…
