Who Am I?
I’m Mia, a fully qualified ADHD Coach, Life Coach & Personal Trainer.
I have ADHD, late diagnosed, and after years, thousands of pounds spent on coaching, therapy, ‘help’...
I realised all these attempts to ‘fix’ me, were trying to change how I’m wired.
And so not only did none of it ‘work’, I spent a long, long time not wanting to be here.
We shouldn’t have to explain ourselves, fight for what we need or justify our minds.
And I’m on a mission to change that.
